Project Development

Give us your project and we will help you; it doesn't matter the size of the project. If you only have a high level description of the functionalities, we can add a Business Analyst to the team to detail the specs. You can use your Project Manager or assign one of ours. Build your own mix of resources and pay monthly for the hours spent in the project. Or if you need, we can quote a fixed price for your project. It's your choice, really flexible.

Agile Development or Maintenance Cells

Small teams consisting of a maximum 6-8 people divide their work into “mini projects” that have duration of about one month during which a limited number of detailed functionalities are developed.

Where traditional methods focus on staying on track, SCRUM is aimed at – like other agile methods - delivering business value. Each Sprint enhances the product’s market value and adds new functions and improvements that can be delivered to the client.

Staff Augmentation

Actminds can offer you resources for different roles, as Level 1, 2 or Senior Developers, Business Analysts, QA resources or Project Managers. You decide how to build your own "cell" in our Development Center. They will work exclusively for you and will have all the necessary infrastructure for that.

This option is very interesting when your local team is short for some specific projects and you need extra resources for a limited time, or if you need to grow your development / management capacity without having to hire, manage and provide infrastructure to the new resources.
